Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
3 peppers(green red or yellow)
2 oz soya mince
1 tsp oil
1/2 cup brown rice,cooked
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2tsp soya sauce
coriander leaves, chopped
chedder cheese ,grated


Method:
1.Cut the pepppers in half and discard the seeds.
2.Place the peppers in boiling water,remove the pan from heat 
  and leave the peppers in waterwith the lid on for 5 minutes,then drain.
3.Fry the soya mince in oil,combine saoya mince,rice,salt,pepper,
  sesame oil soys sauce and coriander leaves.
4.Fill each peeper with this mixture.
5.Place the peppers in the baking tray,sprinkle cheese on top and 
  bake at 325F for 20-30 minutes.
