Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower
cheese sauce
Grated chedder cheese.
Cheese Sauce Preparation:
Melt the butter in the saucepan and
add the flour or cornflour.
Cook for 2-3 minutes,blending together
well with wooden spoon.
Add the vegitable stock or water and milk.
Stir it to ensure that there are no lumps.
Cook until the sauce is smooth and even consistency.
Add mild or strong chedder after the sauce is cooked.
Method:
1.Break the cauliflower into florets, wash and drain them.
2.Cook them in boiling water for 7-10 minutes.then drain.
3.Grease 10x12 oven proof dish.
4.Fill the cauliflowers and cheese sauce and sprinkle it
with grated cheese on top.
5.Bake it in oven at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
