Home Remedies to reduce fever and Loose motion

Don't take any milk , dairy products like yogurt, no tomato , Limbu (Lime).

Cut Pomograin skin into small pieces and boil it in 2 cups of water.

Add 1/4 tbs dry ginger (Adrak) power , 1/2 tbs garlic power , 1 tbs sugar - Mix all these with boiled Pomograin skin water and drink 2 to 3 times a day. It will reduce fever and loose motion.

Melanin protects our skin from harmful ultra violet rays, but when the amount of exposure to ultraviolet rays exceeds the ability of melanin to protect our skin, it could result in sunburns.

Here are a few basic remedies which will help you take care of your skin. These ingredients are easily available in your kitchen and require very little preparation.

Oats

Oats are highly absorptive, hypoallergenic, and help soften the skin. They have the best amino-acid balance amongst all cereal grains (amino acids work as water-binding agents in skin care products). Oats have been clinically shown to help heal dry, itchy skin and also scrub off dark dead cells from the skin, which in turn helps remove sun tan/burn.

Oatmeal, when used as a skin cleanser, actually absorbs and removes surface dirt and impurities while providing very gentle exfoliation, leaving the skin smooth, soft, and clean, without the need for use of soap. As a facial mask, oatmeal deep cleanses pores without irritating and drying out the skin, and as a facial scrub, oatmeal gently and effectively removes dead skin cells, to reveal softer, smoother looking skin. In addition, cleansing and exfoliating with oatmeal helps provide a natural, healthy glow.

1.To prepare Oatmeal Facial Cleanser & Scrub: Pour a small amount of ground oatmeal into palm, and add a little water/rose water to make a paste. Apply to face and throat and massage onto skin. Rinse and follow with moisturizer.

Dried Orange Peels

Gram flour (Besan)

Besan has whitening agents in it. Take 2 spoonfuls of gram flour; add a pinch of turmeric to it, few drops of lemon juice and few drops of milk/ cream. Make a paste and apply it on the skin. When the paste dries, scrub it off. It can be applied all over the body, every day.


Almonds

Soak almonds in water overnight. Peel them off in the morning. Make a paste and add honey to it. Apply it on the face and scrub it off once the paste dries, to make the skin fairer and glow.



Potatoes

Potatoes have bleaching agents in them, and their juice is quite helpful in giving an even skin tone and reducing pigmentation and blemishes. It can be applied on the skin everyday to make it fairer. Grate potatoes and squeeze out the juice of the potatoes and rub the juice over facial skin and under the eyes.





Cucumber

The silica in cucumber is an essential component of healthy connective tissue, which includes muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and bone. Cucumber juice is often recommended as a source of silica to improve the complexion and health of the skin. Plus cucumber's high water content makes it naturally hydrating-a must for glowing skin.

Apply the fresh juice of cucumber on the face and wash your face after 15 minutes. This helps remove skin tan and also helps skin burn issues. Juice of cucumbers and rose water can be frozen in ice cube trays and rubbed on the face after a day's work.

Papaya

Papaya is a wholesome fruit. The enzyme `Papain' acts as an exfoliation agent and removes dead cells and lifts away dry skin. The antioxidants in papaya control premature ageing of the skin, thus imparting a youthful look. Another use of papaya juice is to help reduce and attenuate freckles or brown spots due to exposure to sunlight, smoothen the skin and create healthier looking skin.

Papaya facial pack: Cut dices of ripe papaya and puree the pieces in a blender with a little milk powder and few drops of honey. Rub the mixture over the face, neck, arms and feet to remove dead skin cells and wash after 15-20 minutes. This will help remove your sun tan. The peels of raw or ripe papaya can also be rubbed over the effected skin.

Tomato Juice

Tomato is known for its antioxidant qualities. It can help prevent the skin from getting damaged at cellular levels. Apart from that, tomatoes are very effective in tightening up the pores of the skin.

One of the popular remedies for skin bleaching is to apply raw tomato juice on tanned skin areas and leave it for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with tepid water. Also, try a tomato-and-yogurt cooling mask during summer. Mix the pulp from half a tomato with 2 tbsp of yogurt. Spread the mixture over your face, let it sit for 20 minutes and rinse it off with warm water.

A mudra is a symbolic or ritual gesture in Hinduism and Buddhism. While some mudras involve the entire body, most are performed with the hands and fingers. Mudra (Sanskrit) is "spiritual gesture" and energetic "seal of authenticity" employed in the iconography and spiritual practice of Indian religions and Taoism.

Mudras are arm, hand and body positions used in the traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism. The great Buddha knew the use of mudras and is often depicted using these ritual gestures.     Five Ways to Lower Your Blood Pressure without Medication

  • Take cabbage juice and mix one teaspoon of honey in it. This mixture, if applied regularly to the face, helps to keep the wrinkles away.
